On March 24, Jiemian News found that Autohome’s officially verified accounts on multiple platforms—including Weibo, Douyin, Kuaishou, and Bilibili—had all been disabled from being followed. Weibo indicated the account had “violated laws, regulations, or community guidelines,” while Douyin and Bilibili displayed messages such as “account abnormality” or “violation of community rules.” These accounts have largely ceased updates since January 5, with only Kuaishou posting content up to January 23. Earlier this year, in January, the Cyberspace Administration of China publicly criticized Autohome for conducting irregular vehicle evaluations, such as its “winter testing” and “intelligent driving comparison reviews,” which disseminated misleading and one-sided information to the public. Although the company recently disclosed full-year 2025 revenue of RMB 6.45 billion and net profit of RMB 1.61 billion, stating it is transitioning into an integrated one-stop automotive ecosystem service platform, it has yet to provide a clear explanation for the abnormal status of its social media accounts.
