Shuanglin Corporation (SZSE: 300100) released its 2025 annual report, reporting total revenue of RMB 5.484 billion, an increase of 11.67% year-over-year. Net profit attributable to shareholders reached RMB 503 million, with non-GAAP net profit at RMB 446 million, marking two consecutive years of robust growth. The company’s traditional automotive business remained solid, with revenue from its transmission and intelligent drive systems segment reaching RMB 3.27 billion, accounting for 59.63% of total revenue. Annual sales of its HDM products surpassed 30 million units, securing定点 (official supplier appointments) from leading automakers including BYD and NIO. Meanwhile, Shuanglin took a significant step into the humanoid robotics sector: in 2025, it established the Ningbo Robotics Components Branch, focusing on core components such as inverted planetary roller screws, miniature ball screws, and joint modules. A pilot production line with an annual capacity of 1,500 sets has already been completed, and a mass-production line capable of producing 100,000 sets annually is scheduled to commence operations in June 2026. Additionally, through the acquisition of Kezhixin, the company has achieved full vertical integration—from high-precision grinding machines to finished products—ensuring end-to-end supply chain autonomy. It has also expanded into electric propulsion systems for the low-altitude economy, having already delivered its 230kW electric propulsion system.
