Porsche has officially launched the all-electric Cayenne. The Turbo EV variant delivers a maximum output of 1,140 horsepower and offers a WLTP-rated range of 600 kilometers. The vehicle is equipped with Porsche’s self-developed 113 kWh battery pack, built on an 800V high-voltage platform and comprising 192 large-format soft-cell modules. It features an industry-first “sandwich” dual-sided cooling architecture that doubles the heat dissipation area and improves thermal conductivity efficiency by 40%. Its cooling capacity is equivalent to that of 100 household refrigerators and works in tandem with a predictive thermal management system that uses navigation data to anticipate road conditions and intelligently adjust temperature control strategies. Performance-wise, the Turbo EV accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.4 seconds and reaches a top speed of 290 km/h. It supports ultra-fast charging at up to 400 kW, enabling a 10% to 80% charge in under 16 minutes—even in cold temperatures, it maintains high-power charging between 350 kW and 400 kW. The battery modules are integrated into the vehicle’s body structure, increasing torsional rigidity by 25%, lowering the center of gravity, and enhancing crash safety through specially engineered aluminum profiles.
