Neolix has deployed its NeoClaw AI agent in Beijing and Qingdao, enabling operators to remotely manage autonomous vehicles via natural language commands. This feature is integrated into the “Neolix On-Time Delivery” app and supports multiple Chinese dialects, including Sichuanese and Northeastern Mandarin. Operators can issue voice commands directly through their smartphones—such as “Drive all nearby vehicles with low battery to charging stations” or “Unlock the doors of these 50 vehicles”—and the autonomous vehicles will automatically carry out the corresponding actions. In terms of safety mechanisms, NeoClaw employs a dual-protection system: all physical control commands (e.g., unlocking or starting a vehicle) require both identity-based authorization and vehicle-specific verification to confirm the operator’s permissions and ensure the command is accurately directed to the intended vehicle. Furthermore, for operations involving vehicle safety, NeoClaw only handles initial assessment and intermediate preparation; final execution always requires manual confirmation by the operator.
