Users can simply “shake their phone” to instantly send an address to the vehicle’s infotainment system, with additional support for phone mirroring, automatic navigation handoff upon entering the car, and more. This functionality is built on the ICCOA Carlink solution, developed by the Open Alliance for Smart Vehicle Connectivity—a consortium co-founded by Xiaomi, OPPO, vivo, and other companies. After the initial pairing, the phone and vehicle system automatically recognize each other and connect seamlessly without manual intervention. Leveraging the Eco-domain High-Speed Protocol, the connection achieves data transfer speeds of up to 876 Mbps, with a disconnection rate of less than 0.1% over six hours, ensuring a more stable and efficient experience.
