On January 14, Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced that the company will discontinue the one-time purchase option for its Full Self-Driving (FSD) package starting February 14, shifting exclusively to a monthly subscription model. Currently, in the Chinese market, the one-time purchase price for FSD is RMB 64,000. The FSD package includes basic driver-assistance features (such as adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assist) as well as enhanced capabilities (including Navigate on Autopilot, automatic parking, and Smart Summon). This change means users will only be able to access FSD features through a monthly subscription going forward.
