Pioneer Intelligent Achieves Mass Production and Delivery of Full Solid-State Battery Line Equipment, Enabling Over 1,000 km Range

On January 15, Lead Intelligent announced the mass-production-level delivery of its integrated full solid-state battery production line solution. The company’s core equipment—covering the entire process chain including electrode fabrication, solid electrolyte membrane preparation, isostatic pressing densification, and post-process inspection—is fully developed in-house. Lead Intelligent offers both dry and wet coating systems, enabling high-speed, wide-width solid-state electrode manufacturing. Its mass-production-ready solid electrolyte composite transfer printing equipment leads the industry in efficiency. The company has also pioneered a separator-free cutting-and-stacking encapsulation technology that significantly improves stacking alignment accuracy and production efficiency, and successfully developed a high-capacity isostatic pressing system operating at 600 MPa. These solutions have already been delivered to leading battery manufacturers in Europe, the U.S., Japan, South Korea, and China. Compared with conventional liquid-electrolyte batteries, full solid-state batteries offer significant advantages in safety (non-flammable and non-explosive), energy density, and cycle life, easily enabling driving ranges exceeding 1,000 kilometers.
