In 2025, Gotion High-Tech achieved a key breakthrough in solid-state battery technology, completing construction of its first 0.2 GWh pilot production line for the Jinshi all-solid-state battery, which has attained a yield rate exceeding 90%. Meanwhile, the company’s G-Yuan semi-solid hybrid battery—featuring an energy density of 300 Wh/kg—has successfully completed vehicle testing with multiple customers. On the market front, Gotion High-Tech is now supplying power batteries for several popular high-end vehicle models, with its standard cells entering mass production and delivery, solidifying its role as a cornerstone of Volkswagen Group’s battery strategy. In the commercial vehicle segment, the company captured a 40.5% share of battery installations in 2025, maintaining its leading position in the new energy VAN market and ranking among the top three domestic suppliers of commercial vehicle power batteries. Leveraging its integrated strategy across technology, products, and markets, Gotion High-Tech is accelerating the expansion of lithium-ion battery applications in new energy and emerging sectors.
