On February 6, Porsche announced that the all-electric Cayenne has officially entered production at its Slovakian plant, with the Cayenne Turbo EV as the launch model. The vehicle features a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system, delivering a maximum output of 1,139 horsepower and peak torque of 1,270 N·m in Launch Control mode, enabling it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.4 seconds. The standard version offers 402 horsepower (435 hp in Launch Control mode) and 833.7 N·m of torque. Both variants are equipped with Porsche’s proprietary 113 kWh battery pack, which uses a high-nickel ternary cathode and silicon-graphite anode chemistry, and debuts a new bidirectional cooling plate technology to enhance thermal management efficiency. The regenerative braking system can recover up to 600 kW of energy. Styling remains true to Porsche’s design language, with a closed-off front grille and blue-accented headlights highlighting its electric identity, while the fastback silhouette reinforces its sporty character.
