On February 5, JAC Group and Brembo, a global leader in braking systems, signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Hefei. The two parties will deepen collaboration in areas such as braking system innovation, advanced software, and digital solutions to better meet the demands of China’s automotive market, particularly in the new energy vehicle segment. Xiang Xingchu, head of JAC Group, stated that both sides had already successfully collaborated on the Zunjie S800 project, and this new agreement will further drive resource complementarity and collaborative innovation. Daniele Schillaci, CEO of Brembo, emphasized that China is a key strategic market for the company, and this partnership marks a significant step in Brembo’s transformation toward becoming a provider of high-value integrated solutions. The signing ceremony was held at JAC Group’s headquarters and presided over by Ma Cuibing, Director of JAC Group Holding Company, with senior executives from both companies in attendance.
