In 2025, Huawei’s DriveONE electric drive system surpassed one million units in shipments, securing the top spot among independent Tier-1 suppliers in the Chinese market. To date, DriveONE has been installed in over 2.4 million new energy vehicles (NEVs), accumulating more than 30 billion kilometers of total driving distance. According to Huawei Digital Power, for every three premium NEV sedans priced above RMB 400,000 sold, one is equipped with the DriveONE electric drive system. Huawei has partnered with more than 10 automakers, covering over 50 vehicle models. In 2025 alone, it added more than 20 significant new collaborative models, including brands such as Aito, Stelato, Luxeed, Avatr, XPeng, and GAC Toyota. Additionally, Huawei’s DriveONE integrated drive product has received the world’s first ISO 26262 DAkkS ASIL D functional safety certification—the highest international standard for automotive functional safety.
