Recent data from a third-party agency shows that the Zeekr 9X has consistently ranked as the top-selling large SUV in the RMB 500,000 segment for three consecutive months, with cumulative deliveries exceeding 30,000 units. The average transaction price per vehicle stands at RMB 530,000, and approximately 80% of buyers have switched from traditional luxury brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi (BBA). Orders for the top-trim variant account for over 70% of total sales. Meanwhile, Zeekr’s new high-performance flagship SUV—the Zeekr 8X—is set to launch in the first half of this year. Positioned as a “super hybrid performance SUV,” it will directly compete against models like the BMW X5 M and Mercedes-AMG GLE. Enthusiasts have dubbed it “the most anticipated new car of 2026.” Due to strong demand for the 9X and rising costs of core components, the 8X is expected to start at no less than RMB 450,000, further expanding Zeekr’s presence in the premium performance vehicle market.
