The Shenzhen Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau recently released the "Shenzhen 'AI+' Advanced Manufacturing Action Plan (2026–2027)," which explicitly calls for launching pilot applications of "vehicle-road-cloud integration" in intelligent connected vehicles and strengthening end-to-end AI empowerment across the entire "smart manufacturing + smart driving" chain. In collaborative design, AI algorithms will intelligently recommend optimal components and automatically match material properties to enhance R&D efficiency. In production, resource allocation and supply chain management will be optimized to unlock idle manufacturing capacity. In inspection and testing, intelligent equipment scheduling, automatic defect identification, and auto-generated reports will improve product yield rates. During packaging and validation, AI will intelligently align demand, workflow, and resource data to optimize sample warehousing, logistics, and material coordination. This initiative aims to accelerate the intelligent transformation of Shenzhen’s automotive industry.
