Changan Automobile recently announced that Zhang Deyong, the company's former Director, Chief Accountant, and Secretary of the Board, has resigned from all his positions due to a work transfer and will no longer hold any role within the company. It is reported that Mr. Zhang will join China Electrical Equipment Group as its Chief Accountant. His former responsibilities have been assumed by Ni Erke, who now serves as the company’s Chief Accountant and Secretary of the Board and has been nominated as a director candidate. The appointment as director is subject to approval by the shareholders’ meeting. This personnel adjustment is part of a routine work transfer and will not affect the company’s daily operations.
