BYD recently released official images of its new mid-size all-electric sedan, the Seagull 07 EV. The vehicle features a sleek fastback coupe design, with dimensions of 4,995 mm in length, 1,910 mm in width, and 1,495 mm in height, along with a wheelbase of 2,900 mm—10 mm wider than the Seagull 07 DM-i. Exterior highlights include a closed-off front fascia, split-type headlights, and a large panoramic sunroof. Inside, the car is equipped with flush door handles, an electronic shift-by-wire stalk, full-scenario voice interaction, a digital key, and double-layer acoustic glass for enhanced cabin quietness. Powering the Seagull 07 EV is an electric motor delivering a maximum output of 240 kW, paired with a 69.07 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack, offering a CLTC-rated range of up to 705 kilometers. For intelligent driving capabilities, higher-trim models feature a roof-mounted LiDAR sensor and BYD’s “God’s Eye B” advanced driver-assistance system (DiPilot 300), supporting urban navigation pilot and automated valet parking functions. Lower-trim variants come with the vision-only “God’s Eye C” system (DiPilot 100).
