GAC Group reported cumulative sales of 203,100 vehicles in the first two months of 2026, up 3% year-over-year. Its self-owned brands delivered outstanding performance, with sales reaching 84,800 units—a surge of 43.25% year-over-year—while overseas sales hit 25,100 units, soaring by 86% year-over-year. Specifically, AION and Trumpchi sold 33,300 and 51,500 units respectively, both posting growth exceeding 39%. In the joint venture segment, GAC Toyota sold 104,100 vehicles, an increase of 11.94% year-over-year, while GAC Honda saw its February sales jump 102.3% month-over-month. Internationally, GAC continued making breakthroughs across Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Europe. In Thailand, its vehicle registrations in January surged 438% year-over-year. Additionally, GAC is accelerating its expansion into the tech ecosystem, having incubated the robotics company HuiLun Tech and advancing its flying car brand, GOVY. The company’s first flying car is scheduled to roll off the production line in March.
