Yinpai Battery Appoints Wang Ke as Chairman; GAC Group Subsidiary Shuffles Leadership

Recently, Yinpai Battery Technology Co., Ltd.—a subsidiary of GAC Group—completed a business registration amendment. Zheng Heng, the former chairman, stepped down from his roles as legal representative and chairman, with Wang Ke taking over as legal representative and being promoted from director to chairman. Concurrently, several other senior executives also underwent changes. Public records show that Yinpai Battery was established in 2022 with a registered capital of approximately RMB 2.08 billion, jointly held by GAC Aion New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. and Youpai Energy Technology (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd., and ultimately controlled by GAC Group. This leadership reshuffle is expected to further advance the company's strategic layout in the power battery sector.
