According to data from the French Automobile Manufacturers Association (PFA), new vehicle registrations in France reached 173,634 units in March 2024, up 12.9% year-on-year from 153,842 units in the same month last year. However, total sales for the first quarter of this year declined by 2.1% year-on-year, amounting to 401,556 units. In terms of automaker performance, Stellantis saw a 2.7% increase in March sales, while Groupe Renault surged by 13.3% year-on-year, emerging as the primary driver of growth.
