On April 3, the Beijing Financial Regulatory Bureau issued an approval granting Zhang Jie the qualification to serve as Chief Risk Officer of BMW Automotive Finance (China) Co., Ltd. According to the requirements, the company must ensure that Ms. Zhang strictly complies with the relevant regulations of the National Financial Regulatory Administration and assumes her position within three months from the date of approval. The company is also required to promptly report her assumption of duty as stipulated. If she fails to assume the position within the prescribed period, this approval will automatically become invalid, and the approving authority will proceed with the cancellation of the administrative permit.
