On April 3, Ford launched a spring promotional campaign for its new Bronco-inspired SUV—the Ford ZhiQu LieMa—offering buyers a free roof-raising kit valued at RMB 12,000 and total purchase benefits worth up to RMB 65,000. The model is available in both extended-range and all-electric variants, with starting prices of RMB 229,800 and RMB 259,800 respectively. Customers purchasing the vehicle in April can also enjoy multiple additional benefits, including a premium “Mountain & Field Kitchen” package worth RMB 10,000, trade-in subsidies of up to RMB 27,000, and financing discounts of up to RMB 11,900. The Ford ZhiQu LieMa features a new unibody construction, equipped with an aluminum double-wishbone front suspension and a five-link independent rear suspension. With an overall length exceeding 5 meters and a wheelbase nearing 3 meters, it offers generous interior space. All trims come standard with an intelligent all-wheel-drive system; select versions add front and rear mechanical differential locks along with multiple off-road assistance functions, delivering a 30° approach angle, a 32° departure angle, and a wading depth of 600 mm. In terms of powertrain, the extended-range variant is powered by a 43.7 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, offering approximately 220 km of CLTC pure-electric range and a combined range of 1,220 km. The all-electric version features a 105.4 kWh battery pack, delivering a CLTC range of 650 km and supporting 800V high-voltage fast charging—reaching 80% state of charge in just 23 minutes. For intelligent features, the vehicle integrates a multi-sensor fusion perception system and a high-performance computing platform, enabling highway navigation assist and remote parking capabilities. The smart cockpit includes a 70-inch AR-HUD and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8255 chip, supporting multi-scenario voice interaction.
