Xiaomi Auto to Roll Out OTA Update for Older SU7 Models Starting May, Adding New Features

On April 10, Xiaomi Auto announced an OTA upgrade plan for older SU7 models. Starting in May 2024, these earlier models will gradually receive select features from the new-generation SU7 via over-the-air updates, including pet interaction, customizable sound effects, fuzzy semantic navigation, and advanced driver-assistance functions. The upgrades will be rolled out in batches according to vehicle models, and Xiaomi Auto stated it will keep owners promptly informed of related progress.
