The company's business scope includes wholesale and retail of automotive parts and components, sales of electric accessories for new energy vehicles, sales of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment, battery sales, and charging pile sales. According to its equity structure, the company is jointly held by Zhengzhou Jinyida Automotive Parts Co., Ltd.—a subsidiary of Yutong Bus—and Tibet Deyou Industrial Co., Ltd.
