FAW-Volkswagen celebrated its 35th anniversary with a spring new product launch, unveiling five new models: the all-new Sagitar S, the all-new Talagon, the Magotan 35th Anniversary Edition, the Tayron LPHEV, and the Magotan PHEV. Priced from RMB 79,800 to RMB 105,800, the all-new Sagitar S is positioned as an entry-level joint-venture family sedan, emphasizing that it offers full features without compromising on specifications. The all-new Talagon, a gasoline-powered SUV targeting middle-class families, comes equipped with the IQ.Pilot enhanced driver-assistance system, supporting driver assistance in 95% of urban driving scenarios and 100% of highway conditions. Both the Tayron LPHEV and Magotan PHEV are plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) featuring the IQ.Pilot system and incorporating end-to-end large-model technology to enhance intelligent driving capabilities. Collectively, these new models underscore FAW-Volkswagen’s simultaneous advancement in both traditional fuel-powered and new energy vehicle segments.
