The all-new Aito M9 made its official debut on April 13. The vehicle is equipped for the first time with six LiDAR units: one Huawei-developed 896-line LiDAR, one in-cabin LiDAR with visual capabilities, and four high-precision solid-state LiDARs. It also features a fully active intelligent chassis. The range-extended version will be powered by a battery pack with a maximum capacity of 75 kWh, while the all-electric variant is expected to feature a battery exceeding 120 kWh. The new model offers both five-seat and six-seat configurations and comes standard with an all-wheel-drive system. Exterior-wise, the new M9 features sharper, more defined lines. The front fascia has been completely redesigned, adding a full-width chrome accent strip, a mesh-pattern grille, and more visually striking chrome embellishments. At the rear, the bumper design has been updated, and the silver trim surrounding the taillights from the previous model has been removed, giving the vehicle a more refined and imposing appearance overall. The car measures 5,285 mm in length, 2,026 mm in width, and 1,845 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,125 mm. The front daytime running lights adopt a贯穿-style design, and the headlight cluster’s outline closely resembles that of the Aito M8. Additionally, the new M9 is equipped with next-generation intelligent projection headlights, an integrated贯穿-style taillight, semi-flush door handles, and large-diameter wheels featuring a floating logo. A two-tone “Golden Splendor” exterior color option has already been unveiled.
