Great Wall Wey V9X 6-Seater SUV Launches Pre-Sales April 17 with Guiyuan S Platform and Super Hi4 Hybrid System

The Great Wall WEY V9X, a six-seater SUV, will open for pre-orders on April 17. As the first model based on the Guiyuan S platform, it is positioned as an “AI Luxury Six-Seater Flagship” and will be available in two all-electric range variants: 240 km and 363 km (CLTC). The Guiyuan S platform is Great Wall WEY’s native AI-powered full-powertrain technology platform. Built upon the OMS+VLM dual-perception system and the Loffee EEA 4.0 electronic/electrical architecture, it enables advanced vehicle capabilities such as recognizing occupants, remembering preferences, and understanding emotions. Exterior design highlights of the WEY V9X include a star-ring-style full-width light bar at the front and贯穿式 tail lamps featuring elliptical elements on both sides integrated with intelligent driving status indicators, complemented by a two-tone body scheme. Inside, the cabin features an integrated dual-screen setup combining the central infotainment display and a passenger-side entertainment screen. The second row includes a flip-up entertainment screen and an onboard refrigerator, arranged in a 2+2+2 seating configuration. The vehicle measures 5,299 mm in length, 2,025 mm in width, and 1,825 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,150 mm. Powering the V9X is a Super Hi4 hybrid system comprising a 2.0T engine, a dedicated 4-speed hybrid transmission, and an 800V high-voltage architecture. It supports 6C ultra-fast charging and achieves a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of 4.4 seconds under full electric charge. The chassis is equipped with Great Wall’s proprietary large-angle rear-wheel steering system and a closed-loop dual-chamber air suspension.
