On the evening of April 13, a traffic accident occurred on Baihui Road in Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province, where an SUV crashed into multiple vehicles, injuring two people and damaging eight cars. On April 14, the Zhizao New City Branch of the Quzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau announced that the driver involved had been criminally detained.
