Marelli announced several senior management appointments on April 14. Frederick “Fritz” Henderson has assumed the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Henderson brings extensive leadership experience in the automotive and industrial sectors, having held numerous key executive positions. The lender steering committee plans for Laurent Favre to succeed him as CEO upon the conclusion of his interim tenure. Additionally, Roberto Fioroni has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Helen Redfern has been named Chief Human Resources Officer, with both appointments taking effect on May 1, 2026. These leadership changes are designed to ensure a smooth management transition and support the company through its Chapter 11 restructuring and into its next phase of growth. Henderson stated that he is committed to maintaining operational stability, refining the company’s strategic roadmap, and welcomed the appointments of Fioroni and Redfern, noting that their expertise will significantly strengthen Marelli’s leadership team.
