Huawei Smart Selection Vehicle Product Director Peng Lei recently revealed that the luxury EV brand "Enjoy" (Xiangjie) will unveil details of its new models at the upcoming Beijing Auto Show. Previously, Peng stated on social media that Enjoy has ranked first in sales among new energy sedans priced above RMB 300,000 for six consecutive months. In response to online speculation claiming “Enjoy won’t launch any new models in the first half of the year and won’t appear at the Beijing Auto Show,” he clearly replied, “Yes, we’ll definitely be at the Beijing Auto Show.” Peng also mentioned that the technological upgrade of the Enjoy Super Factory is nearing completion. Once the renovation is finished, deliveries of the Enjoy S9 and S9T models will accelerate, and trial production of new SUV and MPV models will commence. Public records indicate that Beijing Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd. (BAIC BluePark’s subsidiary), has relocated its Beijing High-end Intelligent Eco-Factory project to establish the Enjoy Super Factory, which will produce upgraded models based on the BE22 platform. The factory has already completed the integration of models such as the Enjoy S9 and S9T. Additionally, BAIC New Energy plans to invest RMB 1.991 billion to advance the industrialization of high-end platform vehicles and enhance digital-intelligent manufacturing capabilities at the Enjoy Super Factory. The project will focus on upgrading critical processes and equipment, implementing digital and intelligent transformations, supporting production of vehicles on the next-generation BE22 3.0 high-end platform, and improving the flexibility, efficiency, quality, and intelligence of the manufacturing system.
