The Shangjie Z7 and Z7T have begun mass shipments and are set to commence large-scale deliveries nationwide. Both models were launched in late April 2024. The Z7 is available in three variants—Max, Max+, and Ultra—with prices ranging from RMB 219,800 to RMB 299,800. The Z7T also offers three trims, priced between RMB 229,800 and RMB 309,800. The Z7 and Z7T share a highly consistent exterior design, featuring a low-slung, aerodynamic front fascia, dual LED headlights, and air intakes on either side of the front bumper. At the rear, both models are equipped with full-width taillights that create a wide-body visual effect. As the shooting brake variant, the Z7T boasts a more rounded and voluminous rear profile. The Z7 measures 5,036 mm in length, 1,976 mm in width, and 1,465 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,000 mm. It comes standard with 245-mm-wide front tires and 275-mm-wide rear tires. The liftback tailgate offers an opening height of 966 mm, and with the rear seats folded down, the trunk capacity expands to 1,582 liters. All variants come standard with Huawei’s Qiankun ADS 4.1 advanced driver-assistance system, which integrates an 896-line LiDAR unit and a multi-sensor fusion architecture. The system supports urban NCA (Navigation-guided Cruise Assist) without high-definition maps and fully automatic parking across all scenarios. Underpinning the vehicle is a front double-wishbone and rear five-link suspension setup. Higher trims offer optional air suspension and CDC electromagnetic damping systems. Powertrain options include single-motor and dual-motor configurations. The single-motor version delivers a maximum output of 264 kW and a top speed of 220 km/h. The dual-motor variant adds an additional 170-kW motor on the front axle, achieving top speeds of 239 km/h and 242 km/h, respectively. All models are equipped with Huawei’s "Giant Whale" battery pack. The base version features an 81 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, while the Max and Ultra trims come standard with a 100 kWh ternary lithium battery. The rear-wheel-drive Max variant achieves a CLTC-rated range of up to 905 km and supports 800V high-voltage fast charging—capable of adding over 200 km of range in just five minutes.
