Several automakers, including Geely Auto and Chery Automobile, have recently unveiled their industrialization roadmaps for all-solid-state batteries, all targeting 2027 as a critical milestone. Geely plans to debut prototype vehicles in 2026, achieve small-scale vehicle integration in 2027, and begin mass deployment on premium models by 2030. The company has already established three distinct technological pathways for all-solid-state batteries. Meanwhile, Chery aims to complete a 0.5 GWh pilot production line by 2026, enabling continuous manufacturing of 60 Ah-class cells, and will officially launch vehicle demonstration projects in 2027—advancing the technology from production lines to real-world vehicle validation and accelerating its large-scale commercialization.
