VOYAH Automobile will officially list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange via introduction on March 19, 2026, without issuing new shares or raising capital—only existing shares will be listed. The listing will adopt a "share distribution + merger by absorption" structure: Dongfeng Motor Group will first distribute its 79.67% stake in VOYAH to its shareholders, followed by a subsidiary of Dongfeng completing a merger by absorption of Dongfeng Motor Group, thereby privatizing the latter. This plan has already received approval from relevant authorities, including the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the Ministry of Commerce. Financial data shows that VOYAH’s revenue increased from RMB 12.75 billion in 2023 to RMB 34.864 billion in 2025, with net losses narrowing significantly. The company achieved profitability for the first time in 2025, reporting a net profit of RMB 1.0174 billion.
