In 2025, Huawei’s Qiankun Intelligent Driving system is rapidly expanding, now available across a wide range of vehicle models priced from around RMB 100,000 to over RMB 1 million. The intelligent driving system is offered in four versions: ADS SE (base), Pro (enhanced), Max (premium), and Ultra (flagship). The SE version is used in sub-RMB-200,000 models such as the Shangjie and Deepal, supporting highway navigation assistance and automatic parking. The Pro version adds urban navigation assistance and integrates LiDAR, and is featured in models like the 2026 Aito M7. The Max version enables point-to-point (parking spot to parking spot) assisted driving, equipped with one to four LiDAR units—such as the four LiDARs on the Luxeed S9. The Ultra version supports the upcoming highway L3 functionality. Notably, even gasoline-powered vehicles like the FAW Audi A5L have joined the Qiankun ecosystem; however, their systems are custom-developed by Huawei and do not follow the standard version classifications. Consumers should be aware that a vehicle’s model name may not always correspond directly to its actual intelligent driving configuration.
