Shanghai recently released its third batch of the 2026 Special Fund for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction and the allocation plan for ultra-long-term special treasury bonds, focusing on supporting national programs for vehicle scrappage and replacement (including both fuel-powered and new energy vehicles). This round of funding allocates a total of RMB 432.32 million from the municipal energy conservation and emission reduction special fund, aiming to promote green and low-carbon transportation and facilitate the optimization and upgrading of the automotive consumption structure.
