XPeng announced on March 1 that it delivered a total of 15,256 vehicles in February. The 2026 XPeng X9 all-electric version will officially launch on March 2 and is now open for reservations, offering five variants. All models come standard with an 800V high-voltage platform and a 5C ultra-fast-charging AI battery, delivering a maximum CLTC range of up to 750 km. The exterior design details have been unified with the range-extended version. In terms of intelligence, the vehicle is equipped as standard with the Turing chip (delivering up to 2,250 TOPS of computing power) and XPeng’s second-generation VLA "Personal Driver" system. Its AES and AEB active safety features support speeds of up to 130 km/h. Safety features include nine airbags throughout the cabin. For comfort, the X9 offers three rows of electrically powered tri-fold seats, zero-gravity seats, Nappa leather upholstery, and RNC active noise cancellation. Powertrain options include a single-motor version (235 kW) and a dual-motor all-wheel-drive variant (235 kW + 135 kW). The vehicle also features an intelligent dual-chamber air suspension, rear-wheel steering (with a minimum turning radius of 5.4 meters), and a blowout-stabilization driving system.
