Audi CEO Gernot Döllner recently confirmed that the Concept C, a two-seater electric sports car, will enter production within two years. The interior of the new model returns to physical buttons and features an infotainment system that folds into the dashboard, complemented by higher-grade materials. Externally, it sports a matte metallic silver finish, replaces the traditional grille with a full-width light bar centered around the iconic four-ring logo, and incorporates multi-segment LED lighting for enhanced visual identity. The low-slung, aerodynamic body is paired with large-diameter, low-drag wheels and an electric Targa-style retractable roof; no fixed-roof variant is currently planned. Powering the production version will be Volkswagen Group’s PPE Sport platform—shared with the upcoming electric Porsche 718—with an initial rear-mounted single-motor configuration delivering a top speed of 145 km/h. A dual-motor all-wheel-drive variant is also under development. Audi expects annual sales to reach tens of thousands of units.
