BMW is set to discontinue the Alpina XB7, and to commemorate this milestone, it has launched a limited-edition Manufaktur model exclusively for the U.S. and Canadian markets. Powered by a 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine, the vehicle delivers a maximum output of 631 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque, accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.9 seconds. Exterior options include two exclusive Frozen Alpina paint finishes—green and blue—paired with high-gloss black Shadowline trim and classic 23-inch 20-spoke forged wheels. Inside, the cabin features full-grain Tartufo Merino leather upholstery and walnut wood trim, along with standard rear captain’s chairs, a Bowers & Wilkins Diamond Surround Sound System, and two Lavalina leather travel bags. Production will begin in September 2025 at BMW’s Spartanburg plant in South Carolina, with deliveries scheduled for the fourth quarter. Pricing starts at $181,550 (including destination charges)—roughly double that of a standard X7. This model also marks the final X7 independently tuned by Alpina, as the brand transitions into BMW’s premium sub-brand, positioned to rival Mercedes-Maybach.
