On March 8, Tao Lin, Vice President of Tesla, revealed that Tesla has built over 2,500 Supercharger stations, more than 12,000 Superchargers, and 650 Destination Charging stations across mainland China, with some locations already open to non-Tesla electric vehicles. Tesla currently operates the world’s largest self-built charging network. As of the end of 2025, Tesla had a total of 8,182 Supercharger stations globally, with over 77,000 chargers, and plans to continue expanding this network in 2026. This initiative not only enhances the charging experience for Tesla owners but also supports the broader development of EV charging infrastructure across the industry.
