Renault Group has recently unveiled its new "futuREady" strategy, focusing on product experience, technological innovation, and operational excellence, with the goal of becoming the leading European automotive manufacturer globally. By 2030, the Group plans to launch 36 new models—22 for the European market (including 16 all-electric vehicles) and 14 for international markets. The Renault brand aims to exceed 2 million vehicle sales by 2030, achieving 100% electric vehicle sales in Europe and 50% overseas. Dacia will increase its share of electrified models to two-thirds of its lineup and introduce three new all-electric vehicles. Alpine will leverage a new platform to launch the successor to the A110 along with several additional new models. On the technology front, Renault will adopt an 800V architecture for its high-performance vehicles starting in 2028, enabling 10-minute fast charging. Its new RGEV Medium 2.0 pure-electric platform will support multiple body types from B+ to D segments, offering a maximum WLTP range of up to 750 kilometers. Additionally, the Group will introduce its proprietary rare-earth-free electrically excited motor and collaborate with Google to develop an Android-based in-car operating system, with 90% of its features supporting FOTA (Firmware Over-The-Air) updates.
