Li Auto Releases 2025 Financial Results: Full-year revenue reached RMB 112.3 billion, down 22.3% year-over-year; net profit was RMB 1.1 billion, a 85.8% decline from the previous year—yet the company remains profitable for the third consecutive year. Affected by declining sales volume, Li Auto delivered 406,300 vehicles in 2025, an 18.8% year-over-year decrease, causing its ranking among new energy vehicle startups to drop to fifth place. To enhance sales efficiency, Li Auto launched a store partnership program in March 2026, delegating operational authority and introducing profit-sharing mechanisms with the goal of cultivating store managers earning over RMB 1 million annually. The company denied rumors of “closing 100 stores,” clarifying that it is only optimizing underperforming outlets and that its total number of stores will continue to grow. Concurrently, Li Auto has restructured its organization to return to a startup-oriented model and streamlined its product portfolio. The company set an ambitious 2026 delivery target of 1 million vehicles, with Q1 deliveries projected between 85,000 and 90,000 units. Pursuing a dual-track strategy of extended-range and pure electric vehicles, the all-new L9 will launch in Q2, while i6 production capacity has ramped up significantly, reaching 20,000 units per month in March.
