On March 13, the UK energy regulator Ofgem officially approved the electricity supply application from Tesla Energy Ventures Limited, a subsidiary of Tesla, allowing it to sell electricity directly to households and businesses across the UK. This move marks a key step in Tesla's expansion of its energy business, as the company extends beyond electric vehicle manufacturing into the power market. The application, which underwent months of review, was approved this Wednesday. Despite the positive news, Tesla's stock closed down 3.14% that day, ranking second in trading volume on U.S. markets with $24.093 billion in turnover.
