Recently, Qingdao CoreEngine Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of CoreEngine Technology, completed its initial construction and commenced operations. Since its establishment in 2018, the company has focused on core chips for intelligent vehicles and has launched the 7-nanometer automotive-grade smart cockpit chip “DragonEagle-1” and the advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) chip “Stellar-1,” positioning itself as one of the few domestic SoC suppliers covering both smart cockpit and intelligent driving across all scenarios. In 2024, “DragonEagle-1” ranked first among domestically produced chips in terms of installation volume in China. In 2025, it maintained its leading position in the segment of Chinese passenger vehicles priced under RMB 400,000. Meanwhile, “Stellar-1” entered mass production in 2025. The establishment of the Qingdao subsidiary received strong backing from multiple capital sources. Ronghui Group, together with ABC Capital, set up Qingdao Ronghui CoreTech Qihang Private Equity Investment Fund—the first AIC (Alternative Investment Company) fund in Shandong Province to complete investment and project落地. This initiative aims to create a closed-loop ecosystem linking industrial investment and project implementation. Jingming Capital, serving as a state-owned partner in Qingdao’s Shibei District, continued to lead and further increased its investment in CoreEngine Technology’s latest funding round. The R&D center of the Qingdao subsidiary has now officially commenced operations and will serve the North China region and surrounding markets. Looking ahead, CoreEngine Technology plans to leverage “DragonEagle-1” and “Stellar-1” as core platforms to expand into cutting-edge fields such as intelligent vehicles, industrial robotics, embodied intelligence, and the low-altitude economy, collaborating with regional partners to advance China’s semiconductor industry.
