Geely Auto Group unveiled its natively developed Robotaxi prototype, Eva Cab, for the first time at the Beijing Auto Show on April 24, 2024. Built on Geely’s Global AI 2.0 technology platform, the vehicle features the EEA 4.0 quantum-grade AI electronic/electrical architecture and supports end-to-end quantum-encrypted security across the vehicle-to-cloud link. Eva Cab is equipped with the world’s first 2160-line digital LiDAR, delivering a point cloud imaging capability of 25.92 million points per second and a maximum detection range of 600 meters. It also integrates Geely’s Level 4 autonomous driving software solution, “Qianli Haohan G-ASD.” Combining the WAM (World Action Model) with L4 autonomous driving technology, the vehicle boasts high computing power, advanced perception hardware, and incorporates physics-based AI capabilities. The model has been deeply customized for CaoCao Mobility and is scheduled for mass production and commercial deployment in 2027.
