Qianli Technology Co-Chairman Zhao Ming recently stated that the company positions itself as a provider of Level 4 (L4) autonomous driving, super intelligent agents, and advanced intelligent cockpit solutions. It aims to equip 8 million vehicles with its intelligent driving systems within the next three years and become one of the world’s leading intelligent driving solution providers. The company plans to launch a comprehensive Robotaxi solution in 2027 and expects over 300,000 Robotaxis globally to be powered by its technology by 2030. During the Beijing Auto Show, Geely Auto Group unveiled EvaCab, China’s first natively developed Robotaxi prototype vehicle. Built on Qianli Technology’s L4 architecture and super intelligent agent technologies, EvaCab integrates Qianli’s mass-producible L4 autonomous driving software solution, “Qianli Haohan G-ASDL4.” At a media briefing, Zhao Ming and Yin Qi outlined the company’s strategic vision and technological roadmap. Yin Qi emphasized that world models and Vision-Language-Action (VLA) systems represent the core of future intelligent driving, with success hinging on end-to-end AI capabilities—including data, algorithms, computing power, and engineering implementation. He argued that Tesla’s technical approach is currently the only viable path to achieving L4 autonomy, whereas Waymo’s model struggles with long-tail scenarios and incurs prohibitively high costs for city-wide deployment. Zhao Ming stressed that AI represents the largest capital-intensive investment in human technological history, with leading companies investing approximately $40–50 billion annually—a figure that sets a formidable barrier to entry for the industry. Currently, Qianli Technology is focusing on the Robotaxi and Robocar era, advancing the development of L4-dedicated intelligent vehicles, and engaging in testing and customized development with multiple new clients.
