The company has a registered capital of RMB 120 million, with Zhou Hongtao serving as its legal representative. Its business scope includes the manufacturing of electronic components and intelligent vehicle-mounted equipment, as well as the R&D of smart robots. According to its equity structure, Leapmotor holds 100% ownership through indirect shareholding. This strategic move is expected to strengthen Leapmotor’s R&D capabilities in core technologies for intelligent electric vehicles and inject new momentum into its future development.
