1. Evergrande and FF finally settled. Evergrande acquired 32% stake of FF and the Nansha factory
On December 31, Evergrande and FF (FARADAY FUTURE) finally settled. Evergrande Health Group issued the announcement. According to the announcement, Season Smart will hold a 32% stake in FF and 100% stake of Evergrande FF Holding (Hong Kong) Limited. In addition, all the original agreements have been terminated, and the asset preservation pledge and equity financing rights have been released, and the parties have agreed to revoke the lawsuit.
And it is said that after this settlement, FF will acquire all the assets of FF China except Guangzhou Nansha Project, including the technology, employees and governance. While the factory in Guangzhou Nansha will be in the charge of Evergrande.

On January 3, LEAP MOTOR's first model, LEAP S01, was officially launched. After the launching event, LEAP MOTOR Vice President Zhao Gang revealed that LEAP MOTOR has signed a contract with Changjiang EV. The first three processes (body, welding, and spraying) in the LEAP S01 production process are carried out at the LEAP Jinhua plant, and the final assembly process is carried out at the Changjiang EV’s plant in Hangzhou.

1. New ROEWE Ei5: 128.8k-158.8k yuan with subsidy
On January 2, ROEWE Ei5 was officially launched with 4 models. The price with subsidy is 128.8k-158.8k yuan. The new ROEWE Ei5 keeps the same appearance design and the interior of the old model, however with a huge upgrading in the power battery. The comprehensive operating cruising range has been upgraded to 420km and the constant speed cruising range is 570km. In addition, the new ROEWE Ei5 adopts the i-Booster energy recycling system II, which could ensure the energy recycling efficiency under heavy traffic. And the model is also equipped with the heat pump a/c technology to make sure the low power consumption of a/c in winter.
Editor: As a pure electric SUV, ROEWE Ei5 has received lots of attention from the consumers since its launch. However, the comprehensive cruising range of 310km of the old model is still kind of short for daily use.
2. LEAP S01: 109.9k-149.9 yuan with subsidy
On January 3, the first model of LEAP MODEL- LEAP S01 was formally launched with 4 models. The price with subsidy is 109.9k-149.9k yuan. LEAP S01 is the first model based on the LEAP S Platform and is positioned as 2-door electric Coupe. In terms of power, LEAP S01 is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor with a maximum power of 125kW and a peak torque of 250Nm. The acceleration time of 0-100km/h is 6.9s and the NEDC cruising range is up to 380km.
Editor: As a pure electric double-door Coupe, LEAP-S01 has its own characteristics in terms of design. In the configuration, it introduces new technologies such as finger vein recognition and face recognition. As the core of electric vehicles, LEAP S01 adopts the self-developed 8-in-1 integrated motor assembly in the motor technology, with an overall weight of only 91 kg.
