On January 21, 2025, Bitauto released its sales ranking of new energy vehicles priced above RMB 200,000. In the sedan segment, Xiaomi SU7 topped the chart with annual sales of 258,100 units—averaging over 20,000 units per month—outpacing the Tesla Model 3 (200,000 units) and Audi A6L (170,000 units). In the SUV market, the Tesla Model Y dominated with annual sales of 420,000 units, far ahead of its closest rival. The Li Auto L6 emerged as the best-selling mid-to-large SUV with 166,000 units sold, while the Xiaomi YU7 also surpassed the 150,000-unit mark. In the MPV category, the Denza D9 retained its championship title with 92,900 units sold, followed by the GAC Toyota Sienna (92,200 units) and the Voyah Dreamer (80,000 units), the latter significantly boosting its competitiveness through its collaboration with Huawei.
