On January 22, China Automotive Data Research Institute released the 2025 ranking of all-electric driving ranges for plug-in hybrid (PHEV) and extended-range electric vehicles (EREVs). In the PHEV SUV segment, Zeekr 9X topped the list with a 70 kWh battery and a range of 380 km, followed closely by the Landwind Taishan (350 km) and Lynk & Co 900 (280 km). Among EREV SUVs, the IM LS6 led with a 66 kWh battery and a range of 450 km, while the IM LS9 (402 km) and AITO R7 (360 km) ranked second and third, respectively. In the PHEV sedan category, the Landwind Zui Guang L took the lead with a range of 410 km, followed by the BYD Han DM (245 km) and Denza Z9 GT DM (240 km). For EREV sedans, the Hongqi S800 claimed the top spot with a 400 km range, ahead of the Huawei-backed Enjoy S9 (372 km) and Avatr 12 (356 km). In the MPV segment, the XPeng X9 Super Extended-Range model led with a range of 452 km, followed by the Landwind Dreamer PHEV (350 km) and the Maxus G7 Super Hybrid (230 km).
