On January 23, Leapmotor Auto—a sub-brand of NIO—launched the L90 “Ma Dao Cheng Gong” (Instant Success) Edition. The new model is available in two configurations: Max and Ultra, priced at RMB 296,800 and RMB 316,800 respectively for full vehicle purchase. Under the battery-as-a-service (BaaS) option, the prices are RMB 210,800 and RMB 230,800 respectively. Compared to the current model, the new edition comes standard with the exclusive “Ma Dao Cheng Gong” package, featuring Night Purple exterior paint, 21-inch wheels, electric running boards, illuminated door sill plates, and a themed luxury interior. The L90 adopts a spacious six-seat layout, equipped with rear-seat entertainment screens, convertible sofa beds, foldable tray tables, an onboard refrigerator, and zero-gravity second-row seats, offering generous third-row space. Its dimensions measure 5,145 mm in length, 1,998 mm in width, and 1,766 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,110 mm. Built on a 900V high-voltage platform, the L90 is offered in both rear-wheel-drive (340 kW) and all-wheel-drive (440 kW) variants, both standard with an 85 kWh battery pack, delivering CLTC-rated ranges of 605 km and 570 km respectively.
