Tesla's electric pickup truck, the Cybertruck, continues its market expansion. Following deliveries in the United States, Mexico, Canada, and South Korea, Tesla officially began deliveries in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) this week. According to Tesla’s official social media accounts for Europe and the Middle East, the first vehicles have already been delivered to local customers. Tesla first announced its plans to enter the Middle Eastern market in April 2023, opened reservations in September, and launched its online configurator for the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia in October. In the UAE, the dual-motor all-wheel-drive version is priced at approximately AED 404,900 (about USD 110,000). The company previously stated its goal of commencing deliveries in the Middle East in early 2024, and the UAE launch marks the successful realization of that target on schedule.
