On January 22, Geely Holding Group unveiled its "One Geely, Comprehensive Leadership" 2030 Strategy, focusing on deep integration across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and global markets. The strategy sets ambitious targets for 2030: annual sales exceeding 6.5 million vehicles (with 75% being new energy vehicles), overseas revenue accounting for over one-third of total revenue, and total revenue surpassing RMB 1 trillion. In 2025, Geely already achieved vehicle sales of 4.116 million units (+26% year-over-year), including 2.293 million new energy vehicles (+58% YoY), propelling its total sales volume to seventh place globally. The group is currently advancing brand consolidation—merging Zeekr and Lynk & Co, and integrating Geometry into Galaxy—to establish a clear and complementary brand portfolio. By leveraging shared "Seven Verticals" technology platforms, Geely aims to reduce R&D costs by more than 30%. Simultaneously, Geely is accelerating its global expansion, adopting the Proton model to drive localized operations abroad. It is also building an integrated mobility ecosystem encompassing Robotaxi, methanol-electric vehicles, and space-ground integrated transportation, shifting from product exports to full-value-chain globalization.
